About Peter's To-Do List
Peter's To-Do List is a short film made for the home release of Spider-Man: Far From Home. It's a quick, comic look at Peter Parker's life in New York in the gap before the class trip to Europe that drives the main movie. He's working through a list of chores and errands, because everyday life keeps going whether or not there's a crisis.
Rather than new material, the short is built from scenes of Peter collecting things for his trip that were cut from the theatrical release, stitched together around his checklist. Tom Holland leads, and Hemky Madera returns as Mr. Delmar, the bodega owner from Spider-Man: Homecoming. It arrived with the film's digital release on September 17, 2019, and on Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD and DVD on October 1, 2019.
Good to know
- The footage was cut from Far From Home and repurposed as a standalone short.
- Mr. Delmar and his bodega, a small Homecoming favorite, get one more moment on screen.
- Like the Marvel One-Shots, such as Item 47 and Agent Carter, it was released as a home-media bonus.
How to watch it
Watch it just before Spider-Man: Far From Home if you want a little more of Peter in New York before the trip, or right after as a palate cleanser. It only takes a few minutes and isn't essential viewing, but completists working through every piece of Holland's Spider-Man era will want to tick it off.
