About Spidey and His Amazing Friends
Spidey and His Amazing Friends is Marvel's preschool show about Team Spidey: Peter Parker as Spidey, Miles Morales as Spin and Gwen Stacy as Ghost-Spider. With WEB-STER and Spider-Bot sidekicks like TRACE-E on their side, they handle gentle troublemakers such as Green Goblin and his pumpkin pranks, Doc Ock and her Octobot partner CAL, and Rhino. Hulk and Ms. Marvel drop in regularly, and later seasons add Web-Spinner suits from Iron Man and Dino-Web powers that turn the kids into dinosaurs.
Marvel Animation produced it for Disney Jr., with animation by Atomic Cartoons, Harrison Wilcox as executive producer and a theme song written and performed by Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump. It premiered in August 2021. The young leads have been recast as the actors grew, with Benjamin Valic and then Alkaio Thiele as Spidey, while J. P. Karliak voices Green Goblin. As of October 2026 it's in its fifth season with a sixth already ordered, and Nielsen ranked it second among streaming series for ages 2–5 in late 2024.
